Nivan Dhir

I joined Zetland in July 2022 for 6 weeks on the WorkX program. My experience at Zetland allowed me to build on my academic experiences as an Economics undergraduate student. I gained practical exposure to the impact of economic shocks on financial markets, alongside a hands-on understanding of how private equity contributes to the economy. I was always encouraged to attend meetings, take notes and ask questions. I joined investment committees, team huddles, portfolio reviews and so much more, as well as being encouraged to contribute ideas to non-investment initiatives. My opinion was always listened to and actively taken on board despite my short-term placement, and my confidence has grown alongside my experience!
