I was first introduced to Zetland last year, as an intern SEO scholar. The process has given me an incredible insight into the workings of the buyside, as well as the opportunity to work while attending university, which is so rare in our industry and has drastically accelerated my learning, at leaps and bounds ahead of my peers! The flexibility Zetland has offered has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve had exposure to the entire investment process, from fundraising, right through to closing and realising deals. And, on top of this, I’ve been constantly encouraged to learn and ask questions, in a firm where the culture encourages interns to walk up to a Partner’s desk at any moment, meaning there was simply no point when I could possibly feel stuck or without support.
