Aidah Qureshi

I came to Zetland in the Summer of 2022 from UPenn. The Zetland WorkX program was great and gave me the time and resources I needed to deepen my understanding of private equity.  I was immediately involved with meaningful projects ranging from marketing, research, comparable analysis, case studies and presentations. As well as being included in some great team and social events throughout the summer, everyone was so approachable and supportive.    Over the course of my internship, I gained a great insight into my own strengths and interests,and was always given the space to ask questions and encouraged to learn about all parts of the firm, there were no silos, Zetland’s culture fosters access and transparency.
