Neil Kalsi

Director of Funds

Neil Kalsi joined Zetland Capital as Director of Fund Finance in February 2024. Prior to Zetland he was an Executive Director at Tristan Capital Partners LLP, where he led fund finance operations for a €5 billion European real estate fund.

With over 15 years of experience in financial management and private equity real estate, he specialized in fund structuring, investor reporting, tax compliance, deal execution, supporting investor relations and liquidity management. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Deutsche Finance International LLP and CBRE Global Investment Management, where he oversaw financial operations across multi-billion-dollar global portfolios. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Neil holds an MA in Politics from the University of Warwick and an MA (Hons.) in Economics & International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
