Lucia Mazzon is an Associate in the Investor Relations team. Through her prior roles she has experience in fundraising within the credit space, brand positioning, and media communication. This background has equipped her with a profound understanding of both the financial landscape and strategic communication. Prior to embarking on her career in finance, Lucia trained as a chef, a unique experience that fostered her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Before focusing on investor relations, Lucia was involved in project management, where she developed strong organizational skills.

Growing up with parents who owned two businesses, I learnt early on the significance of delivering work not only on time but also with the highest quality. Witnessing my parents’ dedication, I have strived to reflect their work ethic in my own career path which underscored the value of hard work, adaptability, and agility, propelling me forward in a journey that turned challenges into opportunities. My dedication to training and competing in CrossFit demonstrates my dedication to improving, working hard and resilience, qualities I use in every part of my life. I always aim to do my best, know the value of sticking with something even when its challenging, planning well, and always chasing my goals.
