Lauren Carr
Office Coordinator
Lauren is the Office Coordinator at Zetland Capital, where she ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office while fostering a positive, high-morale work environment. Her role is central to maintaining an organised and welcoming space that enables the team to thrive.
Originally from New Zealand, Lauren joined Zetland in 2024 after relocating to the UK. She brings valuable international experience, including 1.5 years in the United States, and a professional background in mental health and community support—having worked in residential care and refugee resettlement across New Zealand.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Politics (International Relations) from the University of Otago.
