Living our Values
‘At school I loved working on theatre productions, both on stage and behind the scenes. Theatre is an intense process of experimentation where new ideas are invited, rigorously tested and modified and if they survive that process, ultimately accepted. This experience taught me lessons I have carried into my career. The first, is that collaboration gives a better result where the journey to get to that result is also more fun. The second lesson is that being able to challenge and to be challenged is vital to avoiding group think and mediocracy. Robust and creative thinking and lively debate ensured a better theatre experience for everyone. At Zetland, our culture of collaboration and challenging discussions helps our decision making and drive to deliver for all our stakeholders.’
