Living our Values

‘My favourite game is Cricket. When I was a kid, I’d play in the streets and in school, whenever and wherever possible. It’s a game that requires planning, deep analysis of the opposing team, risk-analysis to play defensively or to aim for the boundaries, team collaboration with complementary skill sets, adaptation to all-weather conditions and often knowing when to be opportunistic. Who knew that during those street matches, I was learning qualities and skills that would inform my approach as an analyst and investor, not to mention the values with which we founded Zetland Capital. We challenge each other to play our best, we aim high and have each other’s backs; and it’s a privilege to also simply love the “game” and what we do!’
